Zach Chaumont is the Administrator and Owner of Benchmark Home Health & Hospice. He brings extensive experience in healthcare operations, clinical management, and organizational development, with a leadership style centered on quality care, accountability, and long-term organizational success.

His background as a Physical Therapist gives him a practical understanding of patient care, rehabilitation, and the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration. That clinical foundation continues to shape the way he leads Benchmark, supporting both the caregivers who serve patients and the families who depend on them.

Background & Experience

Zach has served in both clinical and administrative roles across the healthcare field. His experience includes overseeing day-to-day agency operations, regulatory compliance, budgeting, organizational strategy, and clinical support systems.

Prior to Benchmark, Zach played a key role in developing and expanding multi-state home health operations. Through that work, he helped organizations grow while maintaining strong quality standards, operational structure, and clinical accountability.

Outside of work, Zach enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his children, and watching his daughter play softball. His connection to family, community, and service carries into the way he leads Benchmark and supports the people around him.
