Kelly Badger serves as the Director of Patient Care Services for Benchmark Hospice. With more than a decade of hospice experience, she has developed a strong understanding of the emotional, physical, and spiritual needs patients and families face during one of life’s most meaningful transitions. At Benchmark Hospice, Kelly leads the care team with confidence, compassion, and a commitment to anticipating and supporting the evolving needs of those entrusted to Benchmark’s care.

Background & Experience

Throughout her career, Kelly has served in a variety of hospice roles, including case manager, patient liaison, and leadership positions. Her diverse experience provides a strong clinical and operational foundation, allowing her to support both patients and staff with compassion, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence.

Kelly earned her Master of Business Administration from Texas Woman’s University, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and her Registered Nurse diploma from Baptist Health School of Nursing.

Approach to Care

Kelly believes every patient should be cared for the same way she would want her own family to be cared for: with compassion, dignity, respect, and empathy. As an Air Force veteran and the spouse of a retired Air Force veteran, she also brings a unique appreciation for the needs of veterans and their families at the end of life. She is honored to lead a team of professionals who share her commitment to providing exceptional hospice care and meaningful support.

Personal Note

Outside of work, Kelly is a proud mother of three sons and enjoys spending time with her family. She cares for a small hobby farm with chickens and adores her three French Bulldogs. In her free time, Kelly enjoys reading, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and creating meaningful memories with those she loves.
