Founded in 2022, Benchmark started by serving 10 patients with skilled, compassionate care at home. As trust in the organization grew, the patient base rapidly doubled, marking the beginning of Benchmark’s continued growth.
Benchmark expanded its home health presence into Houston, growing its ability to serve patients and families with skilled nursing, therapy, and home health aide support.
Benchmark expanded its care model to include hospice services, supporting patients and families with comfort-focused care, dignity, and guidance during life’s most meaningful moments.
Benchmark continued serving more families across the greater Houston area, building trusted relationships with patients, families, physicians, and referral partners.
Today, Benchmark Home Health and Hospice provides personalized home health and hospice care through a dedicated team focused on comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life at home.
